- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆A customer of 9 years here... exchanged some Chinese Yuan and all went smoothly for 3 weeks. Then PNC conducted an unauthorized debit of my account because they send he currency to the wrong "department" and it was returned, so they had to withdraw funds from my account because of their error. Only options are to redo the exchange process (which will take 3-4 weeks) or return to the branch to pick up the currency. All good, except when you're on vacation with the family. Bank won't even float the funds until I return. Poof... customer gone!By Todd Gilson, January 17, 2017
