  Worst customer service ever! I've had a better experience at walmart. The hags at this office need better training or to find another job. I moved into my home three days ago and still cannot transfer service because of their own issue. Once everything is said and done i will make it a promise to never have to enter that office again. They called me names after I asked to speak to a supervisor. I hope the right people see this review and take some kind of action.

  As usual, POOR SERVICE!!! I went into the office to pay my bill and request that the service be disconnected due to a fire and the house has been vacant for over a year. I was told that I had to have my ex-wife call in to disconnect the water service because her name was on the bill and not mine. (OK, To me I think that should be common since call that disconnecting it should be not problem, but I'll go with that) So, I have her call in. After waiting on hold for 30 min. now, they tell her she has to do it in writing, by e-mail. I've been in the office a few times. If you don't like your job why not find another one, don't live your life miserable.

  Will work with customer. Have programs for disability and poor seniors. Only HORRIBLE POLICY IS THAT THEY WILL SHUTOFF WATER TO PROPERTY extremely quick for late nonpmt

  If i could give a negative rating, I would. The women in this office are rude and extrememly unprofessional. Might as well deal with the DMV.
